Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your personal data from Buenchat at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your Instagram account connection
• All conversation history associated with your account
• Your business profile and agent configuration
• Any personal information stored in our database

How to request deletion

Open the support form, choose "Privacy or data deletion", and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Buenchat account
• Your Instagram account username (if applicable)
